Summary of position:
The Logistics Coordinator person will primarily provide Customer Service to our client base through telephone and email correspondence and coordinate between our customer and dispatch/planning team. The position will be responsible for entering orders, tracking and tracing shipments, maintaining timely updates to clients, supporting our Planning team, Dispatch Team and Salespeople while providing general administrative duties such Carrier Profile and POD collection as required in addition to other duties prescribed by the Logistics Manager.
Skills Required:
Some transportation experience is an asset but not required. Preference given to those with previous customer service experience or knowledge.
